Our terms apply to any account created where local law permits access to our platform. Whether they apply in your specific Indian state depends on the regulations in force there. We encourage you to check your local legal position before creating an account.

At registration we collect your name, email address, phone number and date of birth for account verification. If you deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, the payment gateway also passes us a transaction reference, which we store against your account record.

Yes. Submit a written data-access request through the support portal. We will compile the data held against your account ID and deliver it to your registered email within the timeline required under applicable Indian privacy law, typically 30 days.

Send a deletion request to our legal desk email with your account ID. We will close the account and purge identifiable records within 90 days. Records required by Indian financial regulation — such as UPI or Paytm transaction logs — are retained only for as long as the law mandates.
